Maintenance

Kayenta Outdoors products require regular maintenance in order to function properly. Here is a list of maintenance steps to keep your product in top working order.

1. Clean the product regularly using warm water, a soft cloth, and a mild cleaning agent. Never use harsh detergents or solvents on Kayenta products.

2. Lubricate moving parts only as directed by the manufacturer.

3. Remove the carrier when not in use. Never take the carrier through an automatic car wash.

4. When a carrier has been removed from the vehicle it must be stored in a clean, dry area.

5. If you lose parts or parts wear out contact Kayenta Outdoors for genuine replacement parts.

6. Check the tightness of bolts and knobs periodically.

7. Check rubber straps and other parts for wear and replace if worn.
