Yes! Simply purchase the cargo bike or fender adapter add-on, and the Load 'n' Lift will work with your bike!

How are the bikes secured?

The bikes are secured with a front & rear tire arm that locks onto your bike tires and is secured with rubber straps. The tire block and toothed tire grip keep the tire secured.

Yes, you can use a power drill or specialized tool (we send this to you) to raise and lower the rack. However, we recommend using the power pack as it is much more efficient and convenient!

YES!!
The rack lowers completely to the ground on any vehicle with a hitch receiver height of 20 inches or less. (Meaning if the measurement from the bottom of the hitch receiver on your vehicle to the ground is between 1-20 inches, the Load 'n' Lift will lower completely to the ground) Hitch received heights greater than 20 inches will mean the rack will stop before touching the ground.
Due to the integrated sensors, the rack will stop lowering automatically once it touches the ground. (This stopping point will vary based on the vehicle height and distance to the ground).

At this time, it is only compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers. We plan to be compatible with more hitch receiver sizes in the future!
